Bodega Bay Inn Hotel Policies
At the Bodega Bay Inn, it's important to us that each Guest is given appropriate information to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Damage To Property:
Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor, linens, walls, and flooring will result in a charge of 120% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning. The Bodega Bay Inn will make a reasonable effort to contact guests after departure if they have left any belongings on the premises.

Check Out 11:00 AM
The reception desk is open from 9AM to 9PM.We will set up a lock box for any guests arriving after 9PM. Instructions to room entry will be available to guests upon arrival at the hotel property.
Late Check Ins:
Late check-ins may be granted if approved by reception but not guaranteed.
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Please ask reception for designated smoking areas.
Smoking in rooms is subject to $350.00 dollar charge per day.
Pets are allowed at our hotel in specific rooms only.
Pet Fee $25.00

The first night’s stay is charged as a deposit. The balance of stay is due at check out.
We have a 3-day cancellation policy. In order to receive a refund of deposit, a reservation must be canceled 3 days prior to a date of arrival.
We offer free self-parking at our facility.
